Job summary

World Business Lenders (WBL) is seeking an Application Advocate to own the end-to-end lifecycle of an internally developed software application. You will serve as the primary bridge between users, business leadership, technology teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include roadmap ownership, requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, delivery coordination, testing readiness, adoption, and ongoing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, CS, business administration, or related field.
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Resume must be submitted in English to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for the application throughout its lifecycle.
• Gather and document user needs, business rules, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the backlog and recommend priorities based on value, urgency, risk, effort, and company objectives.
• Coordinate testing and release readiness, and confirm documentation, training, and support are in place.
• Coordinate adoption activities and monitor usage and business value.
• Monitor application performance, incidents, and maintenance needs.
