Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician Recruitment Specialist for the Asia-Pacific region (India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania). You will source, screen, and recruit skilled DCTs, build a vetted pool, and coordinate onboarding across facilities to ensure consistent, high-quality operations.

You will assess hands-on data center skills through technical interviews, maintain credential verifications, and expand coverage to new markets, collaborating with operations and staffing

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience (including DCT pool management).
• Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess hands-on DC skills.
• Knowledge of DC infrastructure: cabling, server racking, cross-connects, PDUs, monitoring.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Organized and detail-oriented with regional DCT database management.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, or ATS tools to track candidates.

Aufgaben

• Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians across APAC facilities.
• Conduct technical screening interviews assessing hands-on DC skills.
• Build and maintain a vetted DCT pool organized by location, skill level, availability, reliability.
• Verify technician credentials: certifications, references, work history.
• Create and maintain DCT skill assessments and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate onboarding: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training.
• Track DCT performance after deployment and provide feedback loop with operations.
• Expand DCT coverage to new markets and facilities in your region.
• Manage relationships with DCT staffing agencies where we use them.
• Maintain DCT database with up-to-date availability, skills, and performance ratings.
