Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician (DCT) Recruitment Specialist for the Asia-Pacific region to build and maintain a world-class pool of DCTs. You will source, screen, and recruit skilled technicians across facilities in India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania, ensuring hands-on expertise in structured cabling, racking, and decommissions.

You must have 3+ years recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with strong technical interview skills and deep DC infrastructure

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including managing a DCT pool.
• Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess hands-on datacenter skills.
• Knowledge of DC infrastructure: structured cabling, server racking, cross-connects, PDUs, monitoring.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Organized and detail-oriented; managing a regional DCT database.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, or ATS tools to track candidates.

Aufgaben

• Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians across facilities in the APAC region.
• Conduct technical screening interviews — assess hands-on DC skills, not just resume keywords.
• Build and maintain a vetted DCT pool organized by location, skill level, availability, and reliability score
• Verify technician credentials: certifications, references, and work history
• Create and maintain DCT skill assessments and practical evaluation criteria
• Coordinate onboarding of new DCTs: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training
• Track DCT performance after deployment — build a feedback loop with the operations team
• Continuously expand our DCT coverage to new markets and facilities in your region
• Manage relationships with DCT staffing agencies where we use them
• Maintain our DCT database with up-to-date availability, skills, and performance ratings
