Reboot Monkey seeks a Data Center Technician Recruitment Specialist for the Asia-Pacific region (covering India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania). Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience, including DCT pool management.
• Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess hands-on datacenter skills.
• Knowledge of DC infrastructure: structured cabling, server racking, cross-connects, PDUs, monitoring.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Organized, detail-oriented with database precision.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, or ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians in APAC.
• Conduct technical screening interviews assessing hands-on DC skills.
• Build and maintain a vetted DCT pool by location, skill level, availability, and reliability score.
• Verify technician credentials: certifications, references, and work history.
• Create and maintain DCT skill assessments and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate onboarding: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training.
• Track DCT performance and provide a feedback loop with the operations team.
• Expand DCT coverage to new markets and facilities in your region.
