Reboot Monkey, a global datacenter services provider, is hiring a Data Center Technician Recruitment Specialist for the Asia-Pacific region. You will build and maintain a world-class pool of DCTs across India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania, focusing on hands-on expertise and reliability.

This role requires prior DCT experience or management of DCT teams, with deep know-how in structured cabling, cross-connects, hardware installs, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, with focus on technical roles.
• Ability to assess hands-on datacenter skills during interviews.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, server racking, PDUs, and related DC hardware.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Data Center Technicians across APAC facilities.
• Conduct technical screening interviews focusing on hands-on DC skills.
• Build and maintain a vetted DCT pool by location and skill.
• Verify credentials: certifications, references, and work history.
• Create and maintain DCT skill assessments and evaluations.
• Coordinate onboarding: facility access, safety, SOP training.
• Track performance and provide feedback to operations.
• Expand DCT coverage to new markets and facilities in the region.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies where used.
• Maintain an up-to-date DCT database with availability and ratings.
