Job summary

Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician (DCT) Recruitment Specialist for the Asia-Pacific region, covering India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania. You will build and maintain a world-class DCT pool to ensure reliable, rapid staffing across facilities worldwide.

You are not a generic recruiter; you deeply understand what makes a great datacenter technician, from rack installation to verification of credentials, and you will coordinate onboarding and ongoing talent management to

Qualifications

3+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing, preferably for technical roles.
Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess hands-on DC skills.
Knowledge of structured cabling, server racking, cross-connects, PDUs, and monitoring.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Organized and detail-oriented for regional DCT database management.
Experience with spreadsheets, databases, or ATS tools.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians across APAC facilities.
Conduct technical interviews focusing on hands-on DC skills.
Build and maintain a vetted DCT pool organized by location, skill, and availability.
Verify credentials: certifications, references, and work history.
Coordinate onboarding: facility access, safety protocols, and SOP training.
Track performance and provide feedback to operations.
Expand DCT coverage to new markets and facilities in the region.
Manage relationships with staffing agencies when used.
Maintain the DCT database with up-to-date data.
