Reboot Monkey, a remote-first global datacenter services provider, seeks a Data Center Technician Recruitment Specialist for the APAC region. Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or team staffing experience (DCT pool management counts)
• Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess hands-on datacenter skills
• Knowledge of DC infrastructure: structured cabling, server racking, cross-connects, PDUs, environmental monitoring
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Organized and detail-oriented — managing regional DCT databases requires precision
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, or ATS tools to track candidates

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians across facilities in APAC
• Conduct technical screening interviews — assess hands-on DC skills
• Build and maintain a vetted DCT pool organized by location, skill level, availability, and reliability score
• Verify technician credentials: certifications, references, and work history
• Create and maintain DCT skill assessments and practical evaluation criteria
• Coordinate onboarding of new DCTs: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training
• Track DCT performance after deployment — feedback with operations
• Expand DCT coverage to new markets and facilities in your region
• Manage relationships with DCT staffing agencies where used
• Maintain our DCT database with up-to-date availability, skills, and performance ratings
