AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards and data visualizations, identify data sources, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams. Flexible remote/office options, strong analytical environment, and USD-based compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining or migrating models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) for coding, SQL, analysis, testing and research.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate and maintain data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities
