Mace seeks an Americas Lead Lawyer Commercial Legal Counsel to support its global governance program across the Americas hub. The role can be based in any Americas location and requires a pragmatic, commercial approach to law in the built environment sector.
You will work with commercial stakeholders and link with the London-based team, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating appointment contracts, joint ventures, and supply chain agreements while managing risk and insurance matters.
Formación
- Qualified construction or general commercial lawyer with 3–7 years’ experience.
- Fluent business and legal English; Spanish a plus.
- Experience drafting and negotiating appointment contracts, JV agreements, and related docs.
Responsabilidades
- Review appointment contracts and joint venture agreements to identify risks.
- Draft bespoke consultancy appointments and related documents (LOAs, NDAs, PCGs).
- Coordinate with commercial teams through signing and throughout project life.
- Contribute to training sessions for commercial colleagues.
- Assist on insurance notifications and liaise with brokers/external counsel.
