ExxonMobil in Argentina seeks an experienced attorney to support our business units from our Puerto Madero offices. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, provide regulatory and compliance counsel, and perform legal research across jurisdictions including the United States and Argentina.

Ideal candidates hold an Argentina law degree with admission, an LLM or U.S. bar license preferred, and at least three years of English-language corporate legal experience.

Formación

• Law degree and Argentina bar eligibility.
• LLM from a U.S. university or U.S. bar license preferred.
• Minimum of three years of English-language corporate legal advisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day legal support for ExxonMobil business units and executives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and advise on regulatory compliance and risk.
• Prepare materials for client trainings on contracting and compliance.
• Collaborate with ExxonMobil Law Department and other functional teams.

Educación

Law Degree

Licensed to practice law in Argentina

LLM from a U.S. University

Bar license in a U.S. jurisdiction

Excellent English communication

3+ years of relevant English-language legal experience

Strong interpersonal and communications skills
