Mace is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to join the team at WeWork Larco in Miraflores, Peru. The role collaborates across the business, partners with hiring managers, and delivers end-to-end recruitment for multiple regions, driving KPI achievement.

You’ll identify candidates, promote internal mobility, build pipelines, and deliver compliant hiring decisions using TA systems and data insights. Hybrid working options are available.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Proven recruitment experience within construction or civil engineering consultancy environments.
• Expertise in screening, interviewing, offer management and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong sector knowledge, professional networks and talent acquisition domain expertise.
• Relevant to area of expertise (PMO, Datacentres, Construction, Property, Rail etc).

The Project: Works as part of talent acquisition function collaborating across the business, partners with hiring managers, developing key working relationships and key insights into hiring requirements to enable achievement of KPIs and objectives to meet hiring needs.

Responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle, identifying, interviewing and selecting the most appropriate candidates, both internally and externally across United States, Canada, Peru, Puerto Rico, Colombia and Mexico as part of the Talent Acquisition team based in WeWork Larco in Miraflores, Peru.
