Formación

• Law degree required
• Licensed to practice law in Argentina
• Excellent English level
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Strong relationship-building, initiative and strategic judgment
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day legal support for ExxonMobil business units and build relationships with business leaders
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and related transactions
• Research legal issues and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies
• Prepare and present training materials on contracting and compliance
• Collaborate with other ExxonMobil Law Department teams and functional groups
