The Regional Head of Construction leads construction operations across multiple projects and locations, ensuring safety, on‑time delivery and budget adherence while building a high‑performing team.

This role requires extensive experience delivering large-scale EPC/EPCM programs, strong leadership and governance capabilities, and the ability to align regional execution with Worley’s global

Formación

• Extensive experience managing large-scale EPC/EPCM projects from concept through commissioning.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget across regions.
• Experience identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies across technical, commercial, execution, and operational areas.
• Knowledge of data-centric delivery and systems/tools supporting the full EPC/EPCM project lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major projects and regional construction capability functions.
• Direct project leaders to achieve exceptional results through end-to-end delivery.
• Oversee construction from strategic conception through execution strategy, execution, and handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Champion governance requirements for projects and portfolios in alignment with Worley’s Management and Knowledge System.
