Moritz, a fast-growing AI-native global law firm, seeks a senior real estate lawyer to act as co-counsel on Peru matters, handling leases, sale and purchase agreements, and development agreements for a global client base.

You will lead drafting, review, and negotiations, run title reviews and due diligence, and advise on financing and landlord-tenant issues, aligning with Moritz's high-speed, high-clarity standards.

Formación

• 5+ years practicing commercial real estate law.
• Experience with leases, sale/purchase, and due diligence.
• Familiar with real estate financing and security.
• Licensed to practice in Peru.
• Ability to work as independent contractor.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as co-counsel for Moritz's real estate work in Peru.
• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of leases and property documents.
• Perform title review and due diligence for real estate elements of deals.
• Advise on real estate financing, security, and landlord-tenant matters.
• Meet agreed SLA commitments when accepted.
