ExxonMobil Business Support Center Argentina S.R.L. seeks an attorney based in Puerto Madero (Docklands Building) to provide legal support for clients in the United States, Argentina, and other countries.

You will handle a wide range of transactional, regulatory, and operational matters, drafting and negotiating agreements with third parties and advising on compliance. The role requires a Law Degree, Argentinian licensure, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Law Degree and legal licensure in Argentina.
• English proficiency for cross‑border work.
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day‑to‑day legal support for business units.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with third parties.
• Conduct legal research and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare materials for training clients on contracting and compliance.
• Collaborate with tax, regulatory, and finance teams within ExxonMobil.
