Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a focus on Artificial Intelligence to design and implement scalable software. The role requires hands-on work with Microsoft Azure DevOps, cloud environments, and AI-driven applications to support growth-oriented digital solutions.

You will lead AI integration, manage environments, and guide development teams while collaborating with stakeholders to align technical outcomes with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.
• Strong experience with AI technologies, including ML, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps, pipelines, repositories, and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in cloud computing technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in managing application environments (staging, testing, production).
• Knowledge of microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, React, Node.js; Azure DevOps, CI pipelines; SQL Server, CosmosDB.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of AI technologies into software solutions, ensuring efficiency and performance.
• Manage software environments, CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability through best coding and architectural practices.
• Work with stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies aligned with AI strategy.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams.
