Bridgenext is seeking an AI Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver production-grade AI solutions. You will lead engineering teams, architect scalable systems, and ensure security, reliability, and cost efficiency across Azure AI services.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with Python/C#/TypeScript, MCP-based integrations, and responsible AI practices, guiding teams to production on US-based client projects. This is a remote LATAM-friendly position.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering, architecture, or leadership experience.
• Strong Azure and enterprise app architecture knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering Generative AI/LLM solutions from PoC to production.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI.
• Provide technical direction and establish reusable patterns for engineering teams.
• Ensure security, reliability, performance, observability, and cost targets for AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers and drive AI engineering standards and reusable patterns.
• Evaluate emerging AI models and tools through prototypes and assessments.
