Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a focus on Artificial Intelligence to design and implement scalable software. The role requires hands-on work with Microsoft Azure DevOps, cloud environments, and AI-driven applications to support growth-oriented digital solutions.

You will lead AI integration, manage environments, and guide development teams while collaborating with stakeholders to align technical outcomes with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.
• Strong experience with AI technologies, including ML, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps, pipelines, repositories, and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in cloud computing technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in managing application environments (staging, testing, production).
• Knowledge of microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, React, Node.js; Azure DevOps, CI pipelines; SQL Server, CosmosDB.

Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable software applications, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps and environment management. This role requires a deep understanding of AI-driven applications, cloud solutions, and best practices for software architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of AI technologies into software solutions, ensuring efficiency and performance.
• Manage software environments, including development, testing, and production setups. Oversee the CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability through best coding and architectural practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies that align with the organization’s AI strategy.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams.

Workplace: This is a remote position for candidates based in Colombia or Argentina only

Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Technical Lead or similar role.
• Strong experience with AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in cloud computing technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in managing application environments, including staging, testing, and production.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as .Net, React, Nodejs, Azure DevOps, Devops Pipelines CI, Kubernetes, App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, SQL Server, CosmosDB.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer Associate).
• Experience with DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of data engineering and big data technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
