Bridgenext is seeking an AI Engineer (GenAI) to join an AI-first platform project on Microsoft Azure for a multinational client. The role blends GenAI development with solid software engineering in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include designing agents on Azure Foundry, integrating with .NET microservices, and refining CI/CD pipelines. Remote role for candidates in Argentina or Colombia with English communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or senior full-stack developer with GenAI focus.
• Proficiency in .NET and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
• Experience building LLM/agent features on Azure Foundry and orchestration basics.
• Familiarity with evaluating AI systems, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build GenAI features on Azure AI Foundry including prompts and orchestration.
• Implement and iterate agents, with system prompts and tool usage.
• Apply engineering rigor with evals, output quality metrics, and automated tests.
• Contribute to .NET microservices on Azure, including deployment across environments.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and repository workflows, while aligning with client needs.
