AgileEngine is seeking an Automation QA Engineer with strong automation skills who also takes ownership of manual testing for our desktop and mobile applications. You will build and maintain test automation, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with developers and product teams to improve quality.

Mandatory: 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on manual testing, experience with Playwright or WebdriverIO, and testing Electron/React Native apps.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role.
• 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mindset focused on holistic quality.
• Experience with Gherkin for BDD.
• Experience with prompt engineering and harness engineering.
• Experience building Agentic skills focused on Quality Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts that support app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation and accuracy based on defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance tests and more.
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior.
• Record pass/fails conditions and link to bugs.
• Collaborate with product team to ensure quality through SDLC.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback.
• Participate in refinement and estimations of effort.
• Utilize GitHub to maintain automation repos and run scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
