Zusammenfassung

AgileEngine, a leading software company, seeks an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation for critical apps across multiple clients. You will also perform manual validation, regression testing, and work with product teams to ensure quality throughout the release cycle.

You’ll leverage Playwright, WebDriver, and AI-assisted QA tools, integrate tests into CI/CD, and help stabilize releases with robust test data and environments.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Holistic quality mindset with focus on end-to-end quality.
• Experience writing and using Gherkin for BDD.
• Experience with prompt engineering and harness engineering.
• Experience building Agentic skills focused on Quality Engineering.

Aufgaben

• Build regression automation scripts and maintain test suites.
• Manually test software for validation against criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance tests.
• Record detailed feature behavior and test results.
• Correlate failures to bugs and document pass/fail conditions.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure quality through SDLC.
• Coordinate with customer-facing teams to incorporate feedback.
• Participate in test planning and effort estimations.
• Use GitHub to manage automation repos and CI practices.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
