• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing information security work
• Ability to translate technical security and AI-governance controls into clear customer responses
• Comfort on calls when prospect security team challenges answers
• Fluency in security/compliance across ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2, GDPR, CCP
• Avid user of AI tools to speed security reviews
• Customer-first mindset with strong organization and attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Own inbound customer security reviews from start to finish: complete security questionnaires and respond to RFPs/RFIs within timelines
• Act as security point of contact during the sales process with the sales team
• Build and maintain reusable answer libraries and templates
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to scale reviews and audits
• Answer buyers' AI-trust questions and flag internal owners when needed
• Identify recurring questions and collaborate with teams to close gaps
• Help shape the function and design processes for global operation
