Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own client accounts end-to-end, from audits to strategic execution. You will directly communicate results and defend your calls, with accountability for growth and incremental metrics across DTC and eCommerce brands.

You will manage feeds, tracking, and campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and PMax, while leveraging AI tools to build landing pages and optimize performance.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to defend attribution and build a non-blended metric mindset.
• Fluency in English for client-facing communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and account structure before touching budgets.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities.
• Evaluate PMax effectiveness and separate branded vs non-branded activity.
• Own feed and tracking quality across Merchant Center, GA4, and Shopify integrations.
• Build landing pages or scripts if needed to remove bottlenecks.
