Darwoft is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for an AI-native, permissioned CLAUDE Code/Codex–driven development approach in LATAM. You will work on a modern M&A SaaS platform with a remote-first culture, building production software and guiding architectural decisions.

You will leverage AI agents to understand codebases, generate implementations, test, and accelerate delivery while maintaining high software quality and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production software systems.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture and system design.
• Experience with large or complex codebases.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new product capabilities across a SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural and systemic decisions as the product scales.
• Identify debt and reliability issues and drive improvements.
• Use AI coding agents extensively throughout development lifecycle.
