Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for an AI-native platform, leveraging Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and other AI agents to accelerate development across a modern SaaS stack. This is a remote, LATAM-wide role focused on large production systems and pragmatic architectural decisions.

You will own core backend and API design, work across the stack, and collaborate with product leadership to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience building and operating production software systems.
Strong fundamentals in architecture, design, testing, and maintainability.
Experience with large or complex existing codebases.
Experience delivering modern web apps and SaaS products.

Responsibilities

Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
Design and implement new product capabilities across a SaaS platform.
Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
Identify debt, risks, and reliability issues; improve tooling and tests.
Use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Copilot extensively across the lifecycle.
