Job summary

Belong is seeking a Home Occupancy Specialist to own renewal lifecycle management across a portfolio of homes. You will lead proactive outreach, pricing discussions, and lease amendment negotiations with homeowners and residents to maximize returns and minimize vacancies.

You will also handle move-outs, turnover coordination, and market-ready relisting in collaboration with Concierge, Leasing, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years in a customer-facing role
• Proven negotiation skills with individuals: reaching agreements and handling objections with empathy
• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Experience with Intercom, Asana, or a CRM is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the full renewal process from proactive outreach through signed agreement
• Manage move-outs, inspections, deposits, and turnover coordination
• Coordinate with Home Quality to get homes market-ready and relist with minimal vacancy
• Show homes to prospective residents to maintain pipeline
• Maintain data integrity with timely milestones and accurate records
