Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end to end. You will manage budgets from $5k/mo to six figures, directly engage clients, defend your decisions, and optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube.

You will also own feed, tracking, and conversion strategies. You must thrive in a fully remote environment, communicate in English with clients during US Eastern hours, and build scalable frameworks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on management of paid search and shopping campaigns.
• Ability to prove impact with metrics and defend decisions.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer brands and ecommerce growth.
• Strong communication with clients and presenting results clearly.
• Ownership of the full funnel from ads to landing pages and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google Ads accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Talk to the client directly; write updates, run calls, defend your decisions.
• Audit before touching any account: campaign structure, keywords, negatives, bids, impressions, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns to analyze incremental impact.
• Understand PMax behavior and separate branded vs incremental volumes.
• Manage feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and how feed affects Shopping and PMax.
• Own the tracking stack: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, conversions, and offline data.
