Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own Google Ads accounts end to end, from setup to reporting, with direct client communications.

You will optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, manage large monthly budgets, and collaborate on creative assets, landing pages, and testing frameworks. Remote, with US Eastern hours flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience running Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results clearly.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, Shopify, and landing-page testing.

Responsabilités

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and primary contact.
• Audit accounts before touching campaigns and explain findings to clients.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate growth streams.
• Understand PMax behavior and optimize for incremental impact.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages; build tools to improve performance.
