Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for a full-time position in Argentina. You will own requirements, outcomes, rollout planning, measurement, and rapid iteration as the product becomes the primary front door for IT help.

Requirements include 5+ years in product management, independent contributor capabilities, and experience with AI-enabled products, agent workflows, and analytics. This role supports remote work with flexible workspace options.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Ability to operate as an independent contributor with minimal oversight.
• Understanding of product management lifecycle including roadmap, requirements, prioritization, and delivery for internal platforms or AI-enabled products.
• Experience with agentic product or AI agent in production and shaping prompts.
• Strong cross-functional experience with engineering and operations in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to analyze data and define metrics, turning findings into actions.
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance own work.
• Experience improving user journeys or service workflows via experimentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day product management: framing, prioritization, requirements, acceptance criteria, and backlog.
• Lead agile ceremonies: planning, refinement, standups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support Operations to improve troubleshooting, escalation, and fulfillment quality.
• Define and monitor success metrics; translate findings into roadmap and priorities.
• Drive UAT, rollout readiness, stakeholder updates, and rapid iteration.
• Prepare for and facilitate bi-weekly IT LT sync.
• Strengthen feedback loop by turning user and operational signals into improvements.
