EdgeUno, a US-based tech infrastructure company with regional operations in Latin America, seeks a Business Operations Support professional. You will conduct market research, manage CRM data, build BI dashboards, and support sales enablement across the team.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools to streamline research, reporting, and repetitive tasks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting business operations, business development, sales operations, revenue operations, or similar functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful business insights.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
