Anyone AI is building LatAm’s premier AI developer hub, upskilling talent through an accelerated, hands-on training program designed by AI experts. The Data & Operations Specialist will design and maintain automation workflows, manage core processes (admissions, education, career services, billing), and ensure data accuracy across the organization.

You’ll work hands-on with Zapier, HubSpot, Google Sheets, AppScripts, Notion/Airtable, APIs, and ideally Supabase, taking ownership of operations to

• Proven ability to design and manage automation workflows across teams.
• Experience supporting admissions, education, billing, career services, and operations.
• Strong data-driven approach to process optimization and reliability.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support cross-functional teams with data and automation needs.
• Design and maintain automation workflows with Zapier, Typeform, Hubspot, AppScripts, Notion/Airtable, and external APIs.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards (Looker Studio, Google Sheets).
• Use lightweight database solutions (e.g., Supabase) to structure and sync data across internal processes.
