- Experience in Executive Assistance, Operations, Project Coordination, Founder Support.
- Strong English communication skills (C1/C2).
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Responsabilidades
- Provide high-level executive and operational support to the founder across multiple ventures.
- Turn ideas and requests into clear action plans and next steps.
- Use AI tools extensively for research, planning, and workflow optimization.
- Manage multiple projects with priorities and deadlines.
- Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders.
- Document decisions, deliverables, and action items.
