Job description

4P Lead — Consumer Compute & Gaming, LATAM

This role owns the end-to-end 4P strategy (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) for the Consumer Compute and Gaming portfolios across Latin America. The person designs and drives the regional 4P plans and campaigns that translate market and customer insight into executable go-to-market programs, and secures the funding required to bring them to life through strategic ecosystem partners. This is a highly cross-functional, influence-driven role: success depends on the ability to align sales, marketing, retail, finance, and alliance partners around a single plan and to mobilize country teams that do not report to this position. The role acts as the senior 4P expert for the region, setting direction, standards, and process guidance for how Consumer Compute & Gaming campaigns are built and executed.

Responsibilities
  • Defines and drives the regional 4P plan for Consumer Compute and Gaming — product positioning, pricing architecture, promotional strategy, and channel/place execution — to deliver profitable growth and share gain.
  • Builds end-to-end 4P campaigns jointly with strategic ecosystem partners (silicon, operating system, and platform providers), from concept and value proposition through to point-of-sale execution.
  • Sells 4P projects internally and externally to secure funding: builds the business case, negotiates partner co-marketing and MDF contributions, and defends the investment with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Leads the allocation and governance of campaign funding across countries, categories, and activities, ensuring alignment between investment, volume commitments, and expected return.
  • Translates market, competitive, and sell-out insight (syndicated data, channel intelligence, customer feedback) into the strategic choices behind each 4P plan — which platforms, which price bands, which segments, which countries.
  • Leads engagement with country sales, retail, and marketing teams across LATAM with limited oversight, driving adoption and consistent execution of regional 4P plans at the point of sale.
  • Partners with country and regional sales leadership to ensure 4P plans are commercially grounded, quota-relevant, and supported by the sell-in and sell-out roadmap.
  • Monitors KPIs and campaign performance — sell-in, sell-out, share, mix, margin — and adjusts plans and funding in-quarter to close gaps.
  • Represents the category at a senior level with the sales force, channel and retail partners, and the broader technology ecosystem, acting as the primary 4P voice of the region.
  • Establishes the operating rhythm, tools, templates, and process standards for 4P planning across the region, and drives continuous improvement in how plans are built and communicated.
Education & Experience
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically 10–15 years of experience in category management, go-to-market, trade/product marketing, channel or sales management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience operating across Latin American markets, with direct exposure to country sales and retail dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing full marketing-mix / 4P programs with measurable commercial results.
  • Track record of building and monetizing strategic partner relationships — securing co-marketing funds, MDF, and joint go-to-market commitments from silicon, OS, and retail/channel partners.
  • Experience leading through influence across matrixed, multi-country organizations without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong commercial acumen: comfortable with pricing, margin, funding models, and business-case construction.
  • English proficiency required (regional role with cross-country and global stakeholder interaction); Spanish required, Portuguese a plus.
