Fabricators are skilled workers responsible for constructing and assembling metal structures or products using various tools and techniques. Their duties may differ based on the industry such as construction manufacturing automotive or aerospace. Key responsibilities include:
Blueprint Interpretation Material Preparation Component Assembly Welding and Metal Joining Machining and Shaping Quality Control and Inspection Maintenance of Tools and Equipment Health and Safety Compliance Documentation and Reporting RequirementsRequirements:

Fabricators are skilled workers responsible for constructing and assembling metal structures or products using various tools and techniques. Their duties may differ based on the industry such as construction manufacturing automotive or aerospace. Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding technical drawings schematics or CAD designs
- Interpreting measurements and material specifications
- Selecting and measuring raw materials typically metal
- Cutting materials to specified dimensions using tools like saws shears lasers or plasma cutters
- Fitting and aligning parts using clamps jigs and fixtures
- Joining parts using welding bolting or riveting techniques
- Performing MIG TIG arc or spot welding
- Ensuring high-quality strong welds free of defects
- Operating tools such as grinders lathes or drills to shape and finish parts
- Bending or rolling metals using hydraulic presses or rollers
- Checking finished products for accuracy and defects
- Using measuring instruments like calipers micrometers and gauges
- Keeping fabrication tools and machines in proper working condition
- Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Wearing protective gear (PPE) and following safety procedures
- Ensuring work areas are clean and hazard-free
- Recording materials used and work completed
- Reporting issues with designs materials or equipment
- Age between 21 45 years
- ECR & ECNR Passport Holders Can Apply
