We are identifying a senior brand and marketing leader to own group‑level brand strategy and integrated marketing execution across a portfolio of businesses.
- Lead group brand strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Convert strategy into annual/multi‑year plans, KPIs and budgets.
- Ensure consistent positioning, identity and storytelling across channels and business lines.
- Drive integrated campaigns across digital, ATL, partnerships, content and experiential.
- Own performance measurement, ROI reporting and optimisation.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen brand equity and customer experience.
- Oversee brand governance, creative standards, collateral and activations.
- Appoint and manage agencies and specialist partners.
- Lead market research, brand tracking and perception insights.
- 8–10+ years in senior brand/strategic marketing roles.
- Proven experience operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments (portfolio/group preferred).
- Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution discipline.
- Confident with budgets, KPIs, governance and senior leadership alignment.
