Descrizione del lavoro
A retail company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a dedicated individual to maximize customer service and manage store operations. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to company policies, and promoting the Loyalty Program. Candidates should be fashionable, possess strong product knowledge, and be physically fit for extended hours. This role offers an engaging opportunity in a dynamic retail environment.
Competenze
- Must be fashionable/well-groomed and possess up-to-date product knowledge.
- Must be physically fit to stand for extended hours and heavy lifting.
Mansioni
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff.
- Assist the Store Manager in efficient and profitable operation of the store.
- End to end store responsibility in absence of Store Manager.
- Promote the Loyalty Program for maximizing loyalty and repeat sales.
- Manage daily roaster, leave and grievances of retail staff.
