Job Description

Basic Qualifications
Education High school +
Experience Prior experience in sales, van sales, or FMCG distribution is an advantage.
Valid Driver s License Must be eligible to drive a 3.5 ton vehicle
Skills & Competencies
Sales & Negotiation Skills Ability to persuade customers and close deals.
Customer Service Friendly, approachable, and able to build strong relationships.
Time Management Efficient in planning daily routes and meeting targets.
Basic Math Skills Able to calculate prices, discounts, and handle cash transactions.
Requirements
Ability to load/unload products and work long hours.
Knowledge of Routes & Markets Familiarity with local areas and customer hotspots.
Sales Apps Comfortable using handheld devices for transactions.
Basic Record-Keeping Ability to maintain sales reports and stock records.
