Overview
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative - Acquisition to lead our new business growth in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients in the UAE market, focusing on Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Consistently exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs for new acquisitions.
- Conduct physical and virtual meetings with senior stakeholders to present software solutions and secure contracts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to sharpen the sales strategy.
- Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of opportunities in the CRM.
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Skills
- 3+ years of direct sales experience in B2B environments, preferably in SaaS solutions; HR technology/solutions sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
- Proven track record of closing new business deals and achieving/exceeding quotas.
- Strong hunter mentality with resilience, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
- Based in Dubai, with willingness to travel within the UAE (especially Abu Dhabi).
- Must own a car and have valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by results.
