To support our continued growth, we are expanding our team in the UAE and seeking a driven Sales Agent to join our Ajman office.

About the Role

As a Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in expanding AGS’s client base in the U.S. market. This position is focused on outbound sales calls, lead generation, and building strong client relationships. Working closely with the U.S. team, you will help position AGS as the trusted choice for security services in selected U.S. states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across the United States.
  • Present and promote AGS’s security services with professionalism and confidence.
  • Identify and qualify leads, follow up consistently, and work to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Provide remote support and assistance to U.S.-based clients when required.
