Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Leadership:
- Provide visionary leadership to the coaching staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Develop and implement coaching strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Coaching Development:
- Mentor, coach, and develop coaches to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Program Management:
- Oversee coaching programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and logistics.
- Performance Optimization:
- Analyze performance data, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with coaches, athletes, and support staff to optimize performance.
- Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication among coaches, athletes, and stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in various forums, promoting its values and mission.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Personal Training certification (Minimum REPs Level 3 or equivalent)
- Group class certifications
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 5 years experience in the industry
- Knowledge of various fitness programs, with exercise regression and progression
- Self-motivated
- Positive attitude & friendly
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Well presented
