Manual QA Engineer — Remote (Dubai-based, 6-month)
Job summary
A technology company is seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to ensure product quality by conducting thorough manual functional testing of web and mobile applications. This role involves collaborating closely with developers, creating test cases, and utilizing basic automation knowledge. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven background in QA methodologies. This position requires residency in Dubai and offers the possibility of contract extension.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manual functional testing.
- Strong expertise in functional QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough manual functional testing of web and mobile applications.
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
