• Lead decide and take responsibility for the business unit.
• Develop propose and execute business unit plans and strategies.
• Control business plans and strategies execution as well as key performance indicators.
• Be accountableforachievingthe qualitative and quantitative business unit objectives.
• Playpart inbusiness development and sales activities.
• Be a responsible spokesman to the General Management.
• Take responsibilityforensuringthat all processes run flawlessly and that the day-to-day business operates efficientlyand smoothly.
• Drive change develop new ideas create future vision.
• Be an administrative line manager for business unit team.
• Develop and coordinate strategies to acquire new business and grow the market share.
• Act as a key account for existing and new clients.

• Develop and coordinate marketing plans and strategies together with the Marketing team.

• Management / decision-making / responsibility for the economic and operational results of the business unit.
• Development / design of the business unit.
• Budget planning for the business unit in cooperation with business unit team and General Management.
• Financial responsibilityfor the business unit.
• Responsibility for team members in the business unit.
• Leading the teamprocessesand procedure improvement initiatives.
• Definition and monitoring of teamobjectivesin collaboration with the team.
• Team motivation and mentoring.
• Resource planning and quality management.
• Communication about developments decisions changes in the business unit to the wider team.
• Creation and review of various analyses and statistics.

• Proven experiencein a senior management role ideally as Managing Director or similar in large-scale contracting event production exhibitionfit-out or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth securing high-value projects and delivering profitable results.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performance production teams optimising workflows and implementing operational efficiencies.
• Extensive knowledge of project life cycles in event production including budgeting resource allocation and cost control with a strong focus on efficiency and quality delivery.
• Excellent leadership communication and team-building skills with a strategic mindset.
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements and frameworks.
