As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of our online voice across multiple platforms.

As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of our online voice across multiple platforms.

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing AFG Shipping’s presence on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This role involves developing engaging content strategies, producing high-quality videos and posts, and using analytics to optimize performance and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Create and edit engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Design and schedule regular posts (text, images, video) tailored for each platform.
• Monitor trends and incorporate them into content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to highlight services, updates, and client success stories.
• Track performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Produce monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, emerging tools, and content best practices.

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand or company.
• Strong skills in content creation, especially short-form video (TikTok, Reels).
• Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot).
• Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific best practices.
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the logistics, shipping, or transportation industry is a plus.
