Overview
Amazon UAE is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a new program. This role involves understanding customer needs and insights, developing comprehensive marketing and communication plans, and executing impactful marketing campaigns both onsite and across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the new program launch, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform campaign strategies and messaging.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication plans to build awareness and drive adoption of the new program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to ensure seamless program rollout.
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns on Amazon's onsite platform, including content optimization, promotions, and targeted advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize strategies to maximize impact and ROI.
- Manage external agency relationships and coordinate creative assets.
- Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in launching new programs or products, ideally within e-commerce or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer insights, data analysis, and market research.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- 1 year of Games Industry experience (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops).
- Experience in Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops).
- Required Experience: Manager.
