Job summary

A prominent legal recruitment firm is seeking an experienced IP Associate to support a Partner in developing the IP transactions practice. The ideal candidate is a Western or US qualified lawyer with 3 to 6 years of PQE, strong English fluency, and ideally some knowledge of Arabic. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating IP commercial agreements. The firm offers relocation assistance, accommodation upon arrival, and an interest-free housing loan for renting.

Qualifications

• Must have international law firm training with a focus on IP.

We are urgently looking for an IP Associate to focus on Commercial Contracts and experience in commercial IP (including drafting and negotiating different types of IP commercial agreements). The role will be supporting the Partner in developing and growing the IP transactions practice.

Requirements

• Western or US qualified lawyer with international law firm training.
• Arabic is advantageous.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Strong academics.
• Ideally 3 years PQE but will consider other appropriate candidates up to 6 years PQE.
• Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files.
• Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Flexibility, positivity and passion for IP.
