Assistant Paralegal: Research, Drafting & Case Support
Job summary
A leading construction company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a dedicated Assistant Paralegal to support its legal team. The successful candidate will conduct legal research, assist in case management, and prepare legal documents. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience and proficiency in legal research tools. Strong communication skills and professionalism are a must, with a preference for Arabic speakers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Paralegal Studies.
- 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.
- Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
- Attend client meetings and assist with preparations.
- Review and analyze contracts and agreements.
