• Host live online games in Indonesian: run gaming sessions interact with players on camera and ensure each broadcast delivers a professional engaging and entertaining experience.
• Present with confidence and enthusiasm: bring energy clarity and consistency to every session to keep viewers engaged and satisfied.
• Adapt your presentation style to different games and formats constantly refining your on-camera performance to meet evolving studio standards.
• Work as part of an international team collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Be flexible with scheduling: support a rotational shift system (three shifts 40 hours/week) including evenings and weekends to accommodate global live-studio demands.

• Native or fluent in Indonesian (C1 level) with strong spoken and written communication. Fluency in English (B2) is also required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience or natural talent in entertainment hosting customer service or any role involving on-camera or public-facing performance.
• Confident friendly and engaging personality with the ability to stay calm focused and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic production schedule.
