We’re seeking a Business Development Executive who understands how to sell SEO and digital marketing services — ideally with hands‑on experience selling to real estate companies, brokerages, or developers. You’ll be the face of MaxRankPro in the real estate market — attending property expos, networking events, and meetings to generate partnerships and grow our client portfolio. This role blends digital sales expertise with on‑ground relationship building and business acumen.

- Attend property expos, real estate networking events, and conferences to generate leads and brand visibility.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies using LinkedIn, email, and in‑person meetings.
- Work with the marketing team to refine sales materials, proposals, and case studies.
- Nurture leads through discovery calls, demos, and long‑term relationship building.
- Stay up to date with SEO trends, real estate marketing shifts, and local market movements.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- 3+ years’ experience in sales or business development within digital marketing, SEO, or advertising.
- Strong understanding of SEO services and how they deliver ROI for clients.
- Prior experience selling to real estate companies or brokerages is a major plus.
- Confident networker with the ability to represent MaxRankPro at real estate expos, events, and client meetings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Bonus Points: Existing relationships within the UAE real estate market.
- Background in real estate marketing, property tech, or digital agencies.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Passion for property, marketing, and helping clients grow online.
