A leading law firm is seeking a Business Development and Marketing professional based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on building relationships across the Middle East, devising campaigns, and managing marketing budgets. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of marketing experience within a law or professional services environment and excellent communication skills. Opportunities for travel to support business development initiatives may arise.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative business development and marketing professional to support the continued growth of the firm's business in the Middle East. Our five Middle East offices have over 70 fee earners combined and advise on a wide range of services including real estate, corporate and commercial, construction and infrastructure, finance and dispute resolution. This role will coordinate and deliver regional business growth and profile in line with agreed strategy for the wider international department and firmwide offering.
The firm's marketing and business development team of 36 is currently spread across London, Birmingham, Manchester, Exeter, Dubai and Kuala Lumpur. This role will be based in either our Dubai or Abu Dhabi office. Whilst the primary focus will be on building relationships in the Middle East region and supporting the teams based in each office, we operate on an international basis so the individual will be engaged with campaigns and initiatives across sectors and geographies.
Reporting to a Senior Business Development Manager in the team, the role includes some shared management responsibilities including project management, delegation and overseeing work across the team.
The successful candidate will work closely with teams in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia, and some travel may be required to support business development and client activity, as well as to attend and organise conferences and other events.
