· Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is optimized for search engines and user engagement.

· Stay current on search engine algorithm updates (Google Core updates, AI-driven search trends, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Conduct ongoing content audits to identify and resolve underperforming or outdated content.

· Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.

· Optimize for local SEO, including Google Business Profile management and local citations where applicable.

· Prepare and present detailed SEO performance reports with KPIs, analysis, and strategic recommendations.

· Hands-on experience optimizing ecommerce product and collection pages.

· Familiarity with schema markup for products, reviews, and breadcrumbs.

· Experience optimizing image metadata and file formats for SEO.

· Understanding of voice search and long-tail keyword strategies.

· Ability to align SEO strategy with PR/influencer content and backlink goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, either in-house or agency-side.

· Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

· Proficient with SEO tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and keyword planning tools.

· Experience with technical SEO, including website audits, schema implementation, and troubleshooting crawlability issues.

· Knowledge of content marketing principles and how they support SEO strategy.

· Understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or custom systems) and website architecture.

· Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
