- Assisting the department head with day-to-day operations, team leadership, project delivery and product pricing.
- Collaborating across departments to ensure customer satisfaction, from billing to legal.
- Engaging with technical teams to solve support issues promptly and efficiently.
- Enhancing revenue through creative after-sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Driving vendor partnerships and representing the company at global industry events.
- 4-5 years\' experience in a managerial role within the SATCOM industry.
- Technical knowledge in VSAT, IT networks, and connectivity solutions.
- Background in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or similar.
